Boris Peyzner is an associate at McLaughlin & Nardi, LLC.  Boris focuses his practice on a broad range of matters, including litigation, negotiations, debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy, and criminal matters.  Boris’s litigation focuses on commercial and employment disputes, real-estate, probate, personal injury and criminal matters.  Boris represents parties in real estate and business transactions. Boris also represents debtors, creditors and other interested parties in Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings, Chapter 11 and 13 reorganizations, and adversary proceedings. 

Boris received his Juris Doctor at Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where he was an editor on the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, and Environmental Law.  He also represented small business owners in and around Philadelphia for the Temple Business Law Clinic.  Boris received his bachelors degree from Rutgers University, where he played Division I hockey. 

Boris was born in the Ukraine and is fluent in Russian.  He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, Southern District of New York, as well as United States District for the District of New Jersey.
