Legal Services

Our attorneys solve problems for Wanaques’s people and businesses.  We have a three pronged approach to solving legal problems.

We first approach every issue based on the philosophy that the best thing to do is to avoid problems before they arise in the first place.  We therefore consider our clients to be our partners in developing and implementing  plans to that allow them to operate their businesses and run their lives in a profitable, conflict-free manner.

The second element of our approach is that when, in spite of the best of planning, disputes do occur, negotiate resolutions which meet our clients’ interests should be explained. We have attorneys with decades of negotiation experience, including Maurice McLaughlin who is regularly appointed to help settle lawsuits in New Jersey’s Superior Court.

Finally, when disputes cannot be settled, our litigators aggressively represent our clients in court to protect their rights.  Our lawyers have decades of litigation experience fighting for the rights of people and businesses.

We represent people and businesses in a wide range areas which do not involve conflict as well.  For example, we help property owners resolve title problems.  We obtain bankruptcy protection for people and businesses in financial distress.  We pursue property tax appeals.  We file construction liens for contractors who have not been paid.
